As part of our vision to build a better world, we have had the absolute pleasure to have participated in FOUR Habitat for Humanity builds. Not only does this experience create a bonding and team-building experience, but we have so much fun while helping promote stability and independence for families in need.
Our Boston team worked on a single-family house for Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston. Jill and Amy worked on insulating the sides of the home while Briana, Jon, Jeff, and Matt framed and erected three walls. Adele, Jason, and Steve worked relentlessly on reframing window boxes that had been left out and damaged due to weather. What an amazing experience!
Our River North project team helped build a new townhome facility for the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville! The project team as a whole worked collaboratively to create these homes that will provide stability and independence for 26 families in need. Team members included Scalora Consulting Group (including Garrett, Jon, Steve, and Todd), Centric Architecture, Hawkins Partners, Kimley-Horn, STG Design, Thomas & Hutton, and Terracon.
Keri, Jeff, Briana, Ethan, Mike B., Tori, Steve, and Daren helped build five new three-story townhomes for Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston in Malden. Each townhome will have a garage/storage on the first floor, living space and kitchen on the second floor, and bedrooms on the third floor. We love that they are being built with energy saving features!
Our Nashville team, including Morgan, Todd, and Matt, participated in a Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville build in North Nashville! They met future homeowners Tasha and Elizabeth, who will soon live in the Village by the Creek neighborhood, and enjoyed partnering with SSR, Thomas & Hutton, Kiser + Vogrin Design, and ESa.
