With 14 years of experience in the design and construction industry for hospitality, multi-family, and development projects, Morgan’s specialized and technical background gives her a unique perspective. With a goal of understanding the industry from all sides, she has excelled in architecture and worked in construction, allowing her to apply this first-hand technical and field knowledge to projects she manages for owners. She has a passion for construction and is genuinely excited to learn and grow more within the industry. Morgan’s favorite part of the job is team collaboration toward creative problem solving to find the best solution to meet client and project needs and goals. She is excited to continue her impact on the Nashville skyline.

Morgan earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana Tech University and is an appointed member of the MEP Appeals Board in Metro Nashville. Outside of work, Morgan loves photography and traveling with her wife around the world; they have a plan to visit seven countries over the next seven years. Together they raise their two dogs. She serves on the board of Daybreak Arts, a non-profit creating artistic and economic opportunities for those experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. Morgan is also an avid kickball player.
