Adele is customer-driven and results-oriented, and her attention to detail and follow through all make her an asset to have on any team. With a background in construction cost accounting, and as a superintendent early in her career, she is able to support her clients in multiple capacities. Her diverse 26-year experience in the construction industry provides a well-rounded background, teaching her that the key to project success lives in the slightest of details. But she doesn’t get lost in those million little details; she works closely with her teams to tie them to phases and milestones so every “i” is dotted and “t” crossed.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, especially watching her kids play sports, and uses photography to turn those memories into hand-made gifts.
