Known for his meticulous attention to detail, he thrives on team collaboration and loves varied perspectives from clients, designers, engineers, project managers, and construction personnel. As a natural problem-solver, Morgan enjoys digging into the “why” and “how” behind each detail, ensuring every logistical decision aligns with project and client expectations, goals, and requirements. Morgan learned his way around a construction site at an early age, providing manual labor in high school. As he advanced in various roles of his career, he gravitated toward coordinating and assisting on construction projects.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with his wife, their two young kids, and their dog, Dinosaur. He loves to cook and is a powerlifter and body surfer.
