With 16 years of experience in commercial construction management and design/build, Kristi is a highly motivated and organized professional. Her attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and collaborative nature ensures projects are completed successfully within established time and budget constraints while meeting project goals. Her “whatever it takes” attitude maximizes project success by listening carefully, taking the initiative, implementing continuous improvement, and finding or creating the best custom-tailored solution. She excels at the ability to ebb and flow with evolving client needs and project goals while keeping the team, schedule, and budget on track. Kristi earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering and donating to local causes that help build a better world. Kristi and her awesome daughter spend time exploring in their tight-knit community, including singing in her choir with her church family.
