JOHN MURRAY
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
With over 20 years of experience in engineering, plant maintenance, and operations management, John brings a unique blend of technical expertise, community connection, and hands-on leadership to his role as senior project manager. Having worked most of his career in the healthcare and hospitality markets, he has managed everything from plant engineering and preventative maintenance to security, construction, and multi-faceted mechanical installations. Known for his MEP expertise, John has the rare ability to “know a building” by instinct. With client and end user needs and requirements front of mind, he understands the day-to-day realities of keeping facilities running smoothly while delivering major construction projects with minimal disruption. Highly respected as a genuine collaborator, John is as comfortable working with architects and contractors as he is with town officials. His deep familiarity with local codes, standards, and authorities having jurisdiction makes him a trusted partner. He thrives on fostering strong relationships, solving complex problems, and ensuring projects meet the highest standards.
John attended Bolton Street Technical College and Artane Christian Brothers College, both in Dublin, Ireland. Outside of work, John is deeply involved in his community. He serves on the boards of the Island Autism Group, and is the founder of Darkness into Vineyard Light, an annual sunrise walk to raise awareness for mental health. He loves spending time with his children and grand-children. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, and has even trekked to Everest Base Camp.
