Jim has 26 years of experience performing scheduling and schedule analysis for owners, construction managers, and subcontractors. He has prepared baseline schedules and resource/cash flow loaded schedules, while documenting and reporting delays. He’s experienced in preparing and implementing recovery plans and has provided metrics and look-ahead schedules where needed. Jim knows each project has its own challenges, but at its core, analysis and the adherence to the schedule drives the operation. He earned a Master’s in Construction Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey.
