Jay has 27 years of experience in a project management capacity. He started his career with a national construction management firm and then worked with a global Life Sciences firm, followed by a national life science Real Estate Developer. He brings these various lenses now as an owner's representative to assist clients in successfully completing their capital projects. Jay is the ultimate team player, always pushing himself and his team members to come together and collaborate for the success of the project and the client. He welcomes any challenges and really thrives in finding the solutions to those challenges. Jay and Enzo started their career together 27 years ago as CMs, and then Enzo worked with Jay who was his client. Jay has worked on many critical projects in his career, including as the lead project manager for a Smallpox Vaccine facility built after 9/11, and considered the fastest class 100 cleanroom construction of its time.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his family, watch his son play baseball, play golf and enjoys tinkering on cars in his garage.
