Frank has four decades of construction leadership experience across healthcare, academic, residential, and commercial markets throughout the Northeast. Having spent his entire career in construction, he rose through the ranks from surveyor to project executive, overseeing multiple complex projects simultaneously while guiding them from concept through completion.

What sets Frank apart is his deep understanding of the construction process, both technically and operationally. He thrives in early-stage planning and master planning, partnering with owners to pre-plan projects, anticipate challenges, and create clear paths forward. A natural problem solver, Frank is motivated by seeing ideas, planning, and hard work come to life in the projects his team completes. His leadership style is rooted in respect, collaboration, and a strong command of the business, allowing him to manage teams effectively while maintaining positive, productive relationships with stakeholders.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time outside with his wife, grown children, and three grandchildren. He’s an avid boater and camper, a (sometimes frustrated) golfer, and a hands-on DIY enthusiast who enjoys tackling projects around the house.
