As part of our Helping Hand Fund, Scalora Consulting Group took the time to collect in-kind donations for Women's Lunch Place (WLP), a daytime shelter for women experiencing poverty and homelessness. The purpose of this Summer Closet Drive was to help restore a sense of dignity and respect by providing items that may be difficult to obtain for their guests.
Scalora Consulting Group staff and clients came together to donate 700 individual care items that included:
252 hygienic items
430 feminine care products, all of which were 100% cotton, with no synthetic additives or harmful chemicals
18 new summer wardrobe items
