The Leo Project is close to our hearts here at Scalora Consulting Group. After the loss of Caitlin O’Hara, the daughter of dear friend Nick O’Hara, The Leo Project was founded in Caitlin’s honor by her best friend, Jess Danforth. This Kenyan community-based organization is devoted to driving social change through health and wellness services, creative outlets, and educational opportunities designed for personal and economic empowerment. Enzo Scalora serves on the Board of Directors, and our Helping Hand Fund has made donations to support not only the youth and adult programs, but also launch of The Caitlin O’Hara Community Health Clinic. Aiming to improve healthcare, the clinic provides accessible, equitable, and sustainable healthcare to the community of Nanyuku, Kenya. It serves as a foundational access point for maternal and child health, and provides services for primary health, nutrition, mental health and sexual and reproductive health.
