Keri DiLeo, Jonathan Ricker, and Jill Finn become Partners of Scalora Consulting Group, recognizing excellence and dedication in leadership, client service, and a people-first approach.
BOSTON – February 2023 – Scalora Consulting Group, a forward-thinking and innovative owner’s representative firm in the design and construction industry, is pleased to announce the promotion of the firm's senior leaders to Partner. Keri DiLeo, Jonathan Ricker, and Jill Finn make up the firm's senior leadership team, along with President and CEO Enzo Scalora. Brought on as part of the executive team when the firm launched, they have further distinguished themselves as critical to the success of Scalora Consulting Group.

KERI DILEO
With 24 years of experience, Keri DiLeo specializes in supporting clients in the independent school, higher education, life sciences, and nonprofit markets. She is an expert at creating and implementing stringent project control procedures to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and have the necessary quality assurance/control measures. Keri serves on the board of directors for Professional Women in Construction's Boston Chapter and was recently the recipient of their first annual Excellence in Mentorship award for her commitment to supporting and developing the next generation of talent. She is also an advisory board member to the RFK Community Alliance.

JONATHAN RICKER
With over 30 years of experience, Jonathan Ricker is involved with all aspects of construction projects, from concept to completion. He has built long-lasting and trust-based relationships with countless clients, design teams, contractors, and supply chain partners. His positive attitude and attention to detail combined with his ability to overcome complex logistical project challenges results in repeat clients who celebrate successful projects. Jon is participating as a mentor in the ACE Mentor Program of America and is a member of CoreNet Global New England.

JILL FINN
As the firm's Director of Finance and Operations, Jill Finn has 35 years of experience in finance and operations. She provides financial reporting and analysis, account management, budgeting, and business planning while continuously reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business procedures to establish, maintain, and improve streamlined business operations. Jill is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
