A licensed architect with over 20 years of experience in corporate, hospitality, residential, retail, and mixed-use markets, Nate’s work can be seen in the Nashville skyline with two downtown hotels to his name. Now viewing projects from the owner’s side, he brings a dual perspective to leading large teams and complex projects.
Nate’s superpower is his ability to listen, truly understand goals and challenges, and collaborate closely with clients and teams to ensure success. One way he helps clients is by providing early understanding to a project’s feasibility before design team procurement. He provides early-stage master planning to evaluate site conditions, zoning, and development potential, allowing clients to make informed decisions confidently and cost-effectively.
With meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset, Nate consistently delivers value and cost savings through drawing review, constructability insights, value engineering, and proactive problem solving. Examples include:
Identifying efficiencies in a conceptual design and RFP process, saving the client over $1 million
Conceiving creative space planning ideas to avoid costly excavation and foundation work, saving the client $5 million
Collaborating with team members to identify conflicts, preventing costly change orders and schedule delays while improving project quality.
