Recognizing a need in the marketplace, we recently launched pre-commissioning services to reduce risk, protect project budgets, and improve efficiency from day one. As an Owner’s Representative, we provide a comprehensive pre-commissioning services plan covering critical areas, with deliverables including design and commissioning agent procurement, value-driven design development reviews, assistance in establishing a basis of design with the project team, systems selection, GMP exposure analysis, and BIM/MEP coordination oversight, to name a few. We also deliver field quality control support as well as substantial completion independent reviews to ensure quality, accountability, and alignment at the start of the construction, throughout its lifecycle and beyond with improved long-term performance.
