MORGAN MILLER: LEADING WITH PASSION IN NASHVILLE

At Scalora Consulting Group, our people are our greatest asset—and in Nashville, that means shining a spotlight on Morgan Miller, Project Manager and leader of our Nashville office.

Morgan has 16 years of experience in the design and construction industry spanning architecture, construction, and owner’s representation across hospitality, multi-family, corporate, and development projects. This well-rounded expertise allows her to see projects from every angle, applying both technical and field knowledge to deliver creative, client-focused solutions. For Morgan, the most rewarding part of the job is team collaboration—working side by side with partners to problem-solve and achieve project goals.

Our team is consistently working to add value, and we do so in many different ways. Morgan recently created customized cost control standards for a client on a development project, which they are now rolling out company-wide on all future projects. This initiative provides a clear understanding of each project’s overall costs while ensuring consistency across a client’s project portfolio.

But her contributions extend far beyond the job site. She was recently recognized by ULI Nashville through their Pathways to Inclusion program during Black History Month, highlighting her leadership and impact within the local design and construction community. A proud Nashvillian, Morgan is deeply committed to giving back. She serves on the Board of Directors of Daybreak Arts; is an appointed member of the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Examiners Appeals Board for Metro Codes (Davidson County); and recently, volunteered through the YMCA’s Y-CAP, which serves Middle Tennessee students through literacy tutoring, social and emotional learning programs, and college and career readiness resources. She also volunteers her time with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, and Operation Stand Down Tennessee.

Morgan’s expertise, community spirit, and love for her city make her an invaluable leader at Scalora Consulting Group—and a driving force in shaping the future of Nashville.
