This cause-driven charitable organization helps people build a healthy spirit, mind, and body. Serving Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Natick, Sherborn, Sudbury, Wayland, and beyond, they offer 14 programs positively impacting the community. Money received as part of community champion sponsorship goes to the MetroWest YMCA’s food insecurity program.
