ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Scalora Consulting Group is seeking an individual with strong technical and interpersonal skills who can effectively communicate and coordinate with operations and project management teams. The candidate should demonstrate a history of working in the administrative assistant role.

This is a part-time position based in Ashland, MA, up to 20 hours per week. The role is primarily onsite 2–3 days per week, with the potential for remote work one workday per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver highly personalized services to operations and project management teams, with the goal of creating an outstanding client experience and being a contributing member of the Scalora Consulting Group team to help achieve our vision and goals. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet clients both on the phone, virtually, and in the office in a friendly and courteous manner

  • Provide administrative support for daily operations and monthly timekeeping/invoicing

  • Develop and maintain corporate databases, including project directory, client contacts, and vendor information

  • Maintain and order general office and kitchen supplies for all offices

  • Assist with company event planning

  • Assist with company education and training sessions and registrations  

  • Help coordinate multiple calendars for team meetings, meeting spaces, and catering

  • Recommend efficiency improvements as necessary

  • Support the company in volunteer efforts to address social and environmental issues in the industry and local communities

  • Collaborate with other SCG teammates to assist in process improvement and building a culture of teamwork

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role with similar responsibilities, or a professional degree from an accredited university.

  • Self-starter, energetic, enthusiastic

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software platforms

  • Ability to follow through on given tasks

  • CORI and SORI satisfactory requirements of the client
